Blur is an arcade racing video game for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 developed by Bizarre Creations and published by Activision in North America and Europe. Tunngle allows you to play multiplayer for free using Local Area Network.Here is a simple step by step tutorial.
STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL :
STEP 1: Download and install any working full version game.

STEP 2: Register an account at the Official Tunngle Website

STEP 4: After downloading, install the software along with any addition updates
STEP 6: Wait for the connection to be established.Once successful search for "Blur" in the "Network Search" bar
STEP 8: Double click on anyone of these to enter the chat-room. Wait for sometime for successful Network switch
STEP 9: Click on play button.Browse for the installation directory of the game and select "Blur.exe". Check the "Run as administrator" option
STEP 10: Launch the game
STEP 11: Once the game opens go to Multiplayer > LocalAreaNetwork
STEP 12: All the available server hosters will be listed. You can also create one by clicking "Ctrl" key.
STEP 13: Wait for your friends or other players to join the server.Enjoy!

TROUBLESHOOTING :
> If you see a happy green symbol you can play without any errors
> If you see a Yellow Neutral face then a Tunngle port needs to be opened. This means you cannot connect to all players but is fairly ok
> If you see a red sad face then a port forward is must optimize the connectivity
> If you see an Orange Exclamation mark then Tunngle detected a faulty router
